COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Scientific Technologies MS46-14-955-Q1-X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Selca products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Selca such as the S3045PD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT40W490 manufactured by Sem and we are pleased to be able to service most Sem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HD19068180S by Manufacturer Sem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MDX60A00545A3400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Screw-Feeding such as system equipment made by Screw-Feeding have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Screw-Feeding products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Screw-Feeding" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SDA8 made by Servocity as well as the popular 34D original spares produced by Sealmaster Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SDFT100LS8 by Sew-Euro-Inc and system spares by Screw-Feeding are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LPS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Servosystems-Co.. |
